La plataforma de perforación CSD200A mejorada de JCDRILL ha sido completada y está en camino para África Occidental

JCDRILL has finished production of its fully upgraded truck-mounted CSD200A water well drill rig, which is scheduled for shipment from China to West Africa to support local water well drilling and infrastructure construction projects.

Built on the reliable HOWO371 truck chassis, the CSD200A drill rig has a standard maximum drilling depth of 200 meters. To further boost operational efficiency, power performance and on-site adaptability, JCDRILL has implemented two targeted upgrades to optimize the overall performance of the unit.

The most prominent upgrade lies in the power system. The original 65 kW Yunnei engine has been replaced with a high-efficiency 91 kW Yuchai engine, delivering greater power output, more stable operation and better fuel economy. The upgraded power unit greatly improves the load capacity and continuous working capability of the rig, enabling it to adapt to complex and demanding construction environments across West Africa.

Another key optimization is the mud pump system upgrade. The traditional BW250 mud pump has been replaced with a fully hydraulic mud pump. The new hydraulic pump adopts an integrated power configuration, combining power supply for the mud pump and drill rig within one single power unit. This integrated design simplifies the machine structure, lowers failure rates, reduces daily maintenance costs and enables more coordinated and efficient power delivery during drilling and mud circulation operations.

As a key customized unit exported to West Africa, the delivery of the upgraded CSD200A rig marks another solid step for JCDRILL in expanding its African market footprint.
